Our breakthrough emerged from a panicked client in 2024. Their pivotal investor meeting was moved up by three hours, and they needed arrangements that matched the new timing. Rather than saying “impossible,” we developed what we now call "flex-timing"—floral pieces designed to look impeccable whether they arrive at 9 AM or 2 PM.
